Webflow Forms 2025: Advanced Validation, Spam Protection & CRM Sync

1 — Native validation upgrades

The March 2025 update finally added regex patterns, numeric ranges, and password strength meters to Webflow Forms. Enable in the Settings panel → Validation tab.

2 — Spam protection stack

• reCAPTCHA v3 score ≥0.5.
• Honeypot hidden field display:none.
• Logic flow to reject if IP in Cloudflare threat list.

3 — Conditional fields

Show Company Name when user toggles “business”. Use Finsweet cmsfilter attribute or built-in Conditional visibility.

4 — Sync to CRM

Trigger Logic → HTTP Request → HubSpot endpoint. Map {{form-data.firstname}} to properties.firstname.
